Procedures
Select the dates you are interested in at the search engine and you will obtain a list of the available apartments for those dates. You can also browse through our complete listing and choose the apartment that better suits your needs and then select the required days .
Once you have checked the availability of the chosen apartment, you can click the INFO button or the BOOK NOW button. If you click on INFO you will find another screen: APARTMENT'S DETAILS where the desciption of the apartment, the selected dates and the quotation for the selected period, will be shown, along with the BOOK NOW button.
If you click on the BOOk NOW button, the reservation process will start.
- 1° - You need to fill in a form with your personal details.
- 2° - Verify that all the details are correct, read and accept our terms and conditions, and click on the PAYMENT METHOD that you wish to use.
- 3° - You'll then be redirected to a page where you can fill in your card's details or to the PayPal page. Once you've filled your card's details in, you will need to click on the CONFIRM PAYMENT button.
Once the payment is done your reservation will be confirmed. You will also receive an e-mail with all the details concerning the reservation and a contact person who will be in charge of welcoming you to the apartment. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us at the following address: info@desigandalucia.com
Please make sure you arrange your check in with the contact person assigned before you arrive at Andalusia .
Please mind that the outstanding balance and the damage deposit must be paid upon arrival in cash. If you wish to know if there are other payment options, please refer to our FAQ's page or send us your questions to info@desigandalucia.com.
