Very nice studio of 24 m2 on the plaza Bib rambla, in the heart of Granada. It can accommodate 2 persons.
Formerly the scenarios for fiestas, jousts, Bullfights, trading, horse fairs and even public executions and the burning of manuscripts and books, the Plaza Bib-Rambla is today the nerve centre of Granada life. The Fountain of the Gigantes stands in its centre, surrounded by all the flower stalls that have made this square famous.
Fully equipped, with bedroom, double bed, sheets, blankets, bathroom, towels, hairdryer, heater, kitchen, microwave, fridge, utensils, coffee pot, pans, washing machine (not located in the apartment), Internet connection, cradle and balcony. The television and hair dryer is under request. Washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are commun to all the apartments.
Special conditions
You have to pay 25% of the pending balance of the booking within 7 days after making the reservation (after pre-payment made) as a guarantee of presence. The rest (75%) is paid at the entrance, and a deposit of 100.00 €.
Check-in at 17.00 pm and Check-out at 11.00 h. The schedule is flexible in function of the occupation.
The cancellation policy is the return of those 25%, less bank charges , if you cancel with a minimum of 15 days in advance.
