Great and brand-new apartment located a few steps from the Granada Cathedral, right in the historical centre and close to the tourist attractions.
The apartment can house up to 4 people, it features one bedroom with a double bed. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, and a couple of `puffs`, ideal for children. In addition, there is an adjustable table that can be brought higher and two persons can seat on the sofa and the two others in the puffs. The modern and equipped kithcen features a vitroceramic cooker, fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. The full bathroom is equipped with shower. The apartment also has a balcony, air conditioning and heating.
The location can''''''''t get better, it is situated right in the middle of the historical centre, on the Elvira street. The Elvira street is one of the main roads, and very visited. On this street, which runs parallely to the Gran Via and leads to the Plaza Nueva, you will find several tapas bars, flamenco clubs, restaurants and leisure places.
The building features two additional apartments with the same features, which makes it suitable for groups or large families that need to be lodged in the same location, but maintaining their privacy. Public parking `San Agustin` 500 meters from the building.Special conditions
