Wonderful house with a private courtyard, completely restored and equipped in 2008, but keeping the characteristic architecutre fo the houses in the charming and particular Albaicin neighbourhood.

Ready to comfortably house up to 3 persons, it features a living room with a double bed, a dining room with table and chairs and a single bed, a fully equipped kithcen with vitroceramic cooktop, fridge, microwave, washer, coffee maker and cooking utensils. The full bathroom is equipped with shower. The particular courtyard, about 25 sqm and is south oriented, surrounded by plants and flowers, and sunbathed since early in the morning.

The Albaicin, declared as Heritage by the UNESCO, is full of narrow and particular streets, where you’ll find several bazaars featuring moroccan products, as well as several tea shops. You can climb up the hill towards the San Nicolas viewpoint where you’ll have the best view of the Alhambra.
 
There are some typical andalusian tapas bars around the house and you can reach the Sacromonte, famous neighbourhood within a natural environment, where you''''''''ll be able to visit the caves, housing several places to listen and watch Flamenco. This two neighbourhoods, Albaycin and Sacromonte, are the capitals of flamenco. There are several viewpoints from where you can watch the Alhambra, considered one of the 7 wonders of the world.
