Incredible apartment located in a catalogued and totally restored Moorish house dating form the 16th century, it has a privileged location at the Albaicín area.
The apartment can house up to 6 people, but possibly up to 8 persons with an extra double sofa bed. The apartment has two stories. On the lower floor there are three double bedrooms (two of them with a double bed, and the third one with two single beds) and two bathrooms. On the upper story, you’ll find a wide hall with high wooden ceilings. This particular lay out includes a cosy living/dinning room with a double sofa bed, a beautiful and equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave and cooking utensils), and also there is a huge window with views to the Alhambra.
From the living room you’ll be able to access a terrace with table and chairs to fully enjoy this magical environment. The apartment also features Tv, WiFi, heating and air conditioning.
The apartment has a privileged location within the Albaicín area, Granada’s old town, which is ideal for talking walks and visiting monuments. It is located on the Gumiel de San Pedro street, just next to the famous “Paseo de los Tristes”, less tha 10 minutes from the Plaza Nueva square and the city’s center.
